HEAD OF FINANCE & TAX

About the Role
- PT Fisio Tunas Abadi Group is seeking an exceptional Head of Finance & Tax to lead the company's financial strategy, taxation, reporting, governance, and expansion planning as we continue to scale our multi-branch healthcare business.
- This position is not merely a finance management role. We are looking for a strategic finance leader who can serve as a trusted business partner to the CEO, drive organizational growth, strengthen financial controls, and support the company's long-term expansion objectives.
- The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership capabilities, deep expertise in finance and taxation, and proven experience managing complex, multi-branch operations.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Finance Leadership
• Lead all finance, accounting, taxation, treasury, budgeting, and reporting functions.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations and business insights to executive leadership.
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the organization.
• Prepare management reports and executive-level financial presentations.
Business Performance & Expansion
• Develop financial models for new clinic openings and expansion projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, investment analysis, and ROI assessments.
• Analyze profitability, productivity, and performance across all clinic locations.
• Support strategic decisions through financial and operational analysis.
• Evaluate acquisition, partnership, franchise, and growth opportunities.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance
• Lead all corporate tax planning and compliance activities.
• Ensure compliance with PPh Badan, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN, and other applicable regulations.
• Manage tax audits and relationships with tax consultants and authorities.
• Identify lawful tax optimization opportunities.
• Ensure timely submission of all statutory and regulatory reports.
Financial Control & Governance
• Establish and strengthen internal controls and financial governance.
• Develop finance SOPs, approval workflows, and risk management frameworks.
• Monitor operational expenses and capital expenditures.
• Implement fraud prevention and financial risk mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership
• Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Establish KPIs, accountability measures, and performance standards.
• Foster a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Requirements Mandatory Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, taxation, or corporate finance.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership position.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and corporate compliance.
• Proven experience managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly Preferred
• Experience leading finance functions within healthcare, hospitals, clinics, retail chains, F&B chains, or other multi-branch organizations.
• CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Background from Big 4 accounting or consulting firms (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG).
• Experience supporting business expansion, investor reporting, fundraising, or financing transactions.
• Experience implementing ERP or financial management systems.
• Experience managing businesses with multiple locations and significant annual revenue.
