We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to lead the finance and accounting operations of our growing hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all finance and accounting functions across 12 hospitality venues.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor accounts payable and ensure all payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Ensure daily financial transactions are recorded correctly and completely.
- Maintain complete supporting documentation for all financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controls.
- Work closely with the Owner and General Manager on financial planning, reporting, and business performance.
- Manage and develop the finance team to achieve high performance standards.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting leadership role.
Hospitality experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and internal controls.
Experience using accounting software, particularly Xero, is highly advantageous.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.
Honest, transparent, and highly accountable.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
Must be able to communicate efficiently and respond promptly in a fast-paced environment.
