Our client, a leading Healthcare Company – part of Sinar Mas Group, is looking for a Head of FAT leader to drive financial strategy, governance & business performance.

📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Jakarta

💰 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: IDR 30–40M nett

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

▫️ 8+ years of experience in 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐓𝐚𝐱, with proven leadership experience.

▫️ Strong in 𝐅𝐏&𝐀, 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬.

▫️ Strong understanding of 𝐓𝐚𝐱, 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐬.

▫️ Able to translate financial insights into 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 and present to BOD/C-Level.

▫️ Strong 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 & 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 skills.
