We are looking for a creative and strategic Head of Events!
Do you take pleasure in creating and organizing memorable events from A to Z ? We are looking for an organized, self-guided and detail-oriented Head of Events to lead our events team!
Creative, highly organized and proactive individual with proven experience of organizing events at scale (over 500 attendees)
OWNING the events you create, being responsible for the failures and successes, not just passing on to various vendors.
Brainstorming, strategizing and implementing event plans and concepts. With a keen ability to understand how details can be the difference between an ok event vs a great event
Overseeing logistics and budgeting
Liaising and negotiating with both local and international stakeholders.
Initiate and lead sponsorship deals with blockchain and cryptocurrency companies
Managing branding and communication of the event
Developing event feedback surveys.
Providing thorough and constructive post-event reports.
Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently
● Highly organized and attention to detail is a must
● Committed and responsible personality is mandatory
● Proactive in getting things done attitude to ensure deadlines are met
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Problem solver with proven troubleshooting skills
● Self-starter who works well independently
● Taking full ownership and thinking though how details have an impact
● A genuine person and team player
● Having minimal 2 years experience relevant to event management roles
● Having excellent management skills in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and different event vendors.
