About The Role
We are looking for a commercially strong and operationally hands-on Head of Digital Commerce to lead the growth of our digital sales business across our modest fashion brands. This role will own the end-to-end commercial performance across all digital channels, including website, Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and affiliate commerce. You will play a critical role in translating brand positioning into strong digital execution, driving sales, improving customer journey, and ensuring alignment across Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in e-commerce / digital commerce / marketplace
- Minimum 2 years in leadership role
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop
- Experience handling or scaling affiliate programs / creator-driven commerce
- Strong understanding of fashion e-commerce & customer behavior
- Experience in campaign planning, promo execution, and merchandising coordination
- Able to manage both strategy and execution
- Strong commercial mindset (sales, margin, sell-through, ROI)
- Experience in website merchandising & product launches
- Familiar with live selling operations & host management
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Sales Leadership
- Lead overall digital sales performance across website, Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and affiliate channels.
- Own and deliver sales targets by brand and by channel
- Drive growth while maintaining strong gross margin and sell-through
2. Commercial Planning & Execution
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based digital sales plans
- Drive campaign productivity (promo uplift, live commerce sales, affiliate contribution, conversion)
- Ensure strong execution of campaign calendars across all channels
3. Marketplace & Affiliate Management
- Maximize platform features, tools, and campaign participation across marketplaces
- Build and scale affiliate ecosystem (TikTok Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, etc.)
- Manage affiliate performance including recruitment, activation, commission structure, and ROI
- Ensure strong coordination between affiliate, live commerce, and campaign moments
- Improve assortment visibility, conversion, and store competitiveness
4. Website & Onsite Merchandising
- Lead website commercial performance (homepage, category setup, product launches)
- Ensure product readiness, content completeness, and conversion optimization
- Improve website metrics such as conversion rate and AOV
5. Live Commerce & CRM
- Oversee live selling strategy, planning, and execution
- Manage productivity and coordination of in-house live hosts
- Optimize CRM / WhatsApp sales originating from website traffic
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Merchandising on stock readiness, allocation, pricing, and markdown strategy
- Align with Marketing on campaign calendars, traffic planning, and creative needs (including affiliate creatives)
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution
7. Team Leadership & Structure
- Build and lead the Digital Commerce team (channel ops, live commerce, and affiliate function)
- Set clear SOPs, KPIs, and working rhythms
- Develop team capability and accountability
8. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting
- Analyze performance by brand, channel, campaign, SKU, and affiliate contribution
- Identify gaps and drive fast corrective actions
