QUALIFICATION :
Head of Dept Customer Service & Pricing
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Transportation management, Logistics, Business management related majority
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the freight forwarding, transportation, or logistics industry
- Comprehensive understanding of import and export regulations and customs procedure
- Familiarity with Freight Forwarding System
- Certified as a Custom Legal Specialist/Advisor (PPJK holder)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead team effectively and liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
