The Head of Corporate Development is a Corporate Role with a direct line to CSO with a dotted line to CEO & COO. The personnel’s main responsibility is to adopt financing activities for the company such as the following:
1. Investment Reports:
MIS Report, Unit Economics Report, BE Report, Investor Monthly Newsletters, Investor Quarterly Newsletters, Quarterly Projection vs Actual
2. Investment Presentations:
Investment Deck, Investment Memorandum, Board Presentation, Budgeting Presentation, Investment Teaser
3. Investment Documents:
Shareholder Agreement, Noteholder Agreement, Certificates, Cap Table, ESOP Agreements
4. Management Report:
Internal MIS Report, Management Newsletter, Cash Burn/Balance and Runway, CAC LTV reports, Corpdev Reports
5. Research & Development:
Market Sizing, Industry Comparable, Competitor Analysis, Investor Relations Presentations or Corporate Presentations, Optimising Company Budget, Analyse M&A Activities globally, Perform Due Diligence, Liaise with Legal/Tax if investment related, Negotiations with Investors, Pitching to Investors
