Job description for Head of Community and Partnership at ICX
- Manage and execute end-to-end process of sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and executing partnerships;
- Creating new partnership with other strategic companies and communities;
- Develop strategies and business plans with partners and execute against metrics and milestones to drive user growth and revenue;
- Lead customized complex negotiation with our strategic partners;
- Maintaining current strategic partners;
- Plan and execute community initiatives and programs;
- Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products;
- Creating a event concept for communities and the business development strategics for LandX potential partners;
- Participate in social events, corporate events and workshops (identify potential speakers, curate panels, and invite relevant guests to events).
- Female;
- Bachelor Degree (Management, Communication, Marketing, or related field);
- Minimum 3-5 year experience in the similar position, preferably in Startup Company;
- Fluent in English (both in writing and speaking);
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Good business strategic skill;
- Creative and having out of the box ideas;
- Strong verbal communication skill to ensure a seamless cross-functional collaboration across internal team;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Has good time management skills;
- Strong leadership skills.
