Job description for Head of Commercial Growth at PT. Karya Nyata Alasindo (VIVI NICI)

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan min. S1 dengan pengalaman 3-5 tahun di industri E-commerce, khususnya pada sektor Fashion/Retail.

• Memiliki pemahaman mendalam mengenai ekosistem Marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) serta terbukti mahir mengelola strategi Paid Ads (CPAS/Marketplace Ads) berbasis analisis data.

• Mampu memberikan insight dan rekomendasi strategi branding, marketing offline dan digital marketing.

• Mampu menerjemahkan tren fashion menjadi strategi produk (R&D) serta memiliki kemampuan manajemen inventaris (ITO/SSR) yang baik.

• Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kolaboratif, komunikatif antar lintas departemen dan mampu beradaptasi dengan cepat dalam ritme kerja dinamis, terutama saat periode Mega Campaign.

• Mahir dalam penggunaan teknologi pendukung produktivitas seperti G-Workspace & Ms. Office.

• Berdedia ditempatkan di Kota Bogor dan dapat bergabung segera

Scope of Work :

• Merancang roadmap penjualan end-to-end (termasuk strategi harga, bundling, dan promo) untuk memaksimalkan GMV dan Profit Margin, sekaligus memastikan operasional toko (Rating & Chat Performance) berjalan prima.

• Mengelola budget iklan secara efisien untuk mencapai ROAS optimal, serta memimpin eksekusi Mega Campaign (Twin Dates/Payday) dan peluncuran produk baru (New Arrival) agar mendapatkan eksposur pasar yang maksimal.

• Bertindak sebagai mitra strategis bagi tim R&D dengan memberikan insight tren pasar untuk pengembangan produk, serta menjaga kesehatan arus kas melalui Forecasting Stok yang akurat (meminimalisir OOS dan mengelola Clearance).

• Memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk insight branding, pemasaran digital, dan aktivasi offline guna memperkuat posisi brand dan memastikan konsistensi pesan di seluruh saluran pemasaran.
