Job description for Head of Central Kitchen at PT. Duapuluh Kapital Indonesia (20/WOL)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Central Kitchen operations across Pastry, Bakery, Cake, B2B, and WIP Production.
- Plan production based on business demand while managing inventory and ensuring product availability.
- Maintain product quality, consistency, food safety, and compliance with operational SOPs.
- Oversee packing, dispatch, and timely distribution to all outlets.
- Drive productivity, food cost efficiency, and waste control.
- Lead, develop, and empower the Central Kitchen team.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Outlet Kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Central Kitchen or high-volume food production, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience in Central Kitchen operations, particularly Pastry & Bakery.
- Good understanding of production planning, inventory management, food safety, quality control, and operational SOPs.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be based in Harmoni, Central Jakarta.
