What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and leading high performance Recruitment Sales team and meet company’s strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth targets
- Doing process improvements to optimise and systemize Recruiter sales team processes
- Growing, training and coaching the Recruiter sales team to perform at their best
- Identifying high potential industries and verticals and lead expansion into these areas
- Collaborating with the Business Development and Client Success teams to ensure effective demand and client continuity effectiveness
