Responsibilities :
1. Lead the company's operational transformation from a growing business into a structured, scalable organization.
2. Develop and implement operational systems, SOPs, and company-wide processes.
3. Drive digital transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation and process automation.
4. Build and lead the operations team while establishing an effective organizational structure.
5. Collaborate with Commercial, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, and Modern Trade functions to improve operational efficiency.
6. Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and increase productivity.
7. Develop strategic initiatives to support business growth and long-term scalability.
8. Present a comprehensive business development and operational improvement plan within the first 3–6 months.
Qualifications :
1. 8 YoE in a leadership role within FMCG or consumer goods businesses.
2. Strong exposure to Modern Trade, E-Commerce, and Digital Marketing operations.
3. Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementation or company digitalization projects.
4. Capable of building teams and establishing operational structures from the ground up.
5. Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment and driving organizational change.
