Qualification:
- Proven experience (minimum 5+ years) in business development and sales leadership roles, ideally in the coffee, tea, or food and beverage industry.
- Strong track record of successfully growing sales revenue in a B2B environment, particularly within the horeca sector, as well as in retail (MT/GT).
- Extensive experience in developing sales strategies, building and leading sales teams, and driving business growth.
- Excellent understanding of B2B sales processes, customer relationship management, and negotiation techniques.
- Proactive, results-driven, and highly motivated with a passion for the coffee and tea industry.
- Willing to take on challenges to meet both short-term and long-term KPIs and sales targets.
- Proficiency in ERP software, and Google Spreadsheetย forย reporting.
- Full Time. Located: Jakarta Selatan.
Responsibility:
- Develop and execute sales strategy for revenue growth and market expansion across the B2B horeca and retail (MT/GT) segments.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the Business Development team, ensuring KPIs are met and sales targets achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in horeca and retail, ensuring excellent service and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop and oversee sales pipelines, track key metrics, and generate regular reports to evaluate performance.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify areas of opportunity, including setting integrated pricelist and pricing strategy insights.
- Work closely with Marketing and Operations Department, to align on product offerings, branding, and go-to-market strategies.
