Job Description
- Manage and analyze market research results to support product development.
- Develop branding, promotional, and digital marketing strategies based on consumer insights and aligned with product positioning.
- Oversee the implementation of effective sales strategies and measure their impact on achieving targets.
- Monitor product stock availability and distribution to ensure alignment with sales activities.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination within the internal team and across related divisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business management (Sourcing, Market Research, Branding, Promotion, Marketing, Sales).
- Proven track record of achieving measurable sales targets (monthly/annual).
- Open to new ideas, innovation, and accustomed to working in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in media or agency industries is an added advantage.
