*Responsibilities*
• Lead and manage the overall team and day-to-day business.
• Establish clear organizational structure, responsibilities, KPIs, and reporting systems across the team.
• Conduct regular weekly 1-on-1 meetings and team check-ins to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain accountability.
• Act as the bridge between Marketing, Ecommerce, Operations, Finance, and other departments.
• Drive sales, growth, and overall business performance.
• Identify and bring in new business opportunities, partnerships, collaborations, and deals.
• Work closely with Marketing to develop initiatives that drive both brand growth and sales.
• Oversee new product development, product launches, production cycles, and relationships with manufacturers/suppliers.
• Represent SKINTED externally and build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
*Qualifications*
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Proven experience in business management, operations, retail, consumer products, e-commerce, or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams, including setting organizational structures, KPIs, performance targets, and accountability systems.
• Strong track record in driving business growth, sales performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of Business Operations, Commercial Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce.
• Experience in business development, including identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, collaborations, and strategic deals.
• Experience in product development, product launches, production planning, and managing relationships with manufacturers and suppliers is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use business and financial data to drive decisions and improve performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally to external partners.
• Highly results-oriented, proactive, hands-on, and commercially driven.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with business analytics or reporting tools is an advantage.
