Job description for Head of Affiliates at DCT Agency
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 in all majors.
- 5+ years in affiliate performance, e-commerce enablers, live commerce, and TikTok Shop ecosystem.
- Strong “numbers + ops” profile: can run execution and interpret performance drivers, budgeting, pricing, and profit & loss calculation.
- Experience working with brands/agency stakeholders or Social Commerce Platforms.
- Preferably: Experience building affiliate from 0→1 or scaling 1→10, and experience with e-social media commerce platforms such as TikTok / Shopee.
Jobdesk:
- Build affiliate strategy and execution engine: creator recruitment, content system, live/project ops.
- Own affiliate performance management: tracking conversion drivers, GMV contribution, and revenue/margin outcomes.
- Design scalable operating model: project intake → staffing → execution timeline → reporting.
- Develop playbooks for creator selection, content angles, promotional mechanics, and product/category strategies.
- Establish measurement & reporting (weekly/monthly): GMV, ROAS/ROI proxy, conversion, take rate, contribution margin.
- Collaborate with MCN team for creator supply synergy and with Affiliate Department for project/campaign delivery.
- Team leadership: manage project managers, creator managers, and admin support.
