Job Description:
- Develop and oversee macro media buying strategies across Shopee Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Lead, mentor, and audit the daily performance and campaign setups of the Advertiser team.
- Analyze campaign analytics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CR) to ensure efficient budget allocation and scale.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, ad account policy flags, and sudden performance drops.
- Collaborate with the Creative and Client Success teams to align client targets with performance realities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Senior Media Buyer / Performance Lead in an e-commerce or agency environment.
- Deep mastery of Shopee Ads and TikTok Shop Ads dashboards (Meta Ads is a strong plus).
- Track record of managing significant ad spends while maintaining profitable ROAS/CPA.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
