- Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 35 tahun

- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat

- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang laundry minimal 1 tahun (lebih disukai di posisi supervisor / leader)

- Memiliki kemampuan memimpin dan mengawasi tim produksi laundry

- Teliti, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab terhadap kualitas hasil laundry

- Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline operasional
