As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team in Kuta Utara, Kab. Badung, Bali. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our kitchen operations and contribute to the continued success of our establishment.
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, developing and maintaining menus, coordinating with the front-of-house team, monitoring inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also be involved in planning and executing catering events, as well as providing leadership and guidance to the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service consistently.
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree and have between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in catering management, Western restaurant operations, and restaurant management is essential.
