As the Head Kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring all food preparation meets our high standards. Key responsibilities include managing daily kitchen activities, developing and implementing menu plans, training kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will collaborate closely with the catering team to ensure seamless service during events and manage inventory to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Your leadership will also extend to mentoring junior staff and fostering a culture of excellence within the kitchen team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can adapt to changing demands and ensure that the kitchen operates smoothly, contributing significantly to the overall success of the hospitality management.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of SMA/SMK education level who possess a passion for culinary arts and hospitality. Experience in the catering industry is essential, with a preference for those who have worked in Western restaurants and have a background in restaurant management. A proven track record of managing kitchen operations and a strong understanding of food safety protocols are critical.
