HEAD KITCHEN

  • Pria/Wanita.
  • Berpenampilan rapi, bersih, dan menjaga standar kebersihan diri.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Head Kitchen/Sous Chef atau posisi setara.
  • Memahami food preparation, food safety, hygiene, dan kitchen management.
  • Mampu memimpin, mengarahkan, dan mengawasi tim kitchen.
  • Mampu membuat SOP, menjaga kualitas makanan, serta konsistensi rasa dan plating.
  • Memahami pengelolaan stok, food cost, dan penggunaan bahan baku secara efisien.
  • Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan mengambil keputusan dengan baik.
  • Disiplin, jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan.
  • Bersedia bekerja sistem shift, akhir pekan, dan hari libur nasional.

Status: Full-Time.
