Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Industri, Teknik Manufaktur, atau jurusan terkait
Pengalaman minimal 10 tahun di industri otomotif
Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun memimpin tim Engineering
Berpengalaman dalam pengembangan produk baru (New Product Development) dan koordinasi project di industri injection moulding, fabrication, atau assembly
Memahami engineering design, manufacturing process, tooling, serta project management
Menguasai standar otomotif:

IATF 16949
APQP
PPAP
FMEA
MSA
SPC (Core Tools)

Memahami Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) industri otomotif
Mampu membaca drawing teknik 2D & 3D
Menguasai AutoCAD dan CATIA
Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris (lisan dan tulisan)
Memiliki jiwa leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal, serta time management yang baik
