Head Sales E-Commerce

✅ Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce to grow our online sales and optimize the customer shopping experience. This role involves overseeing online merchandising and analyzing performance metrics to ensure the success of the e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce trends and experience working with online marketplaces and retail platforms.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth across e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Website, etc.).

- Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

- Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate order processing, and excellent customer service.

- Create and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to maximize sales.

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across platforms such as TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

- Monitor, analyze, and improve performance metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on ad spend (ROAS) and budget allocation.

✅ Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields. Specializing in beauty, fashion, personal care or FMCG products is a huge plus!

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, etc) and online marketplaces (e.g., Tiktok Shop, Tokopedia, Shopee, etc) and online customer behavior.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Tiktok Ads, Meta Ads

- Analytical mindset with expertise in using tools like e-commerce dashboards, or Excel.

- Excellent communication, budget management, and project management skills.

- Have a good leadership skill
