Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK.
Min pengalaman 5 tahun di injection plastik.
Memiliki jiwa leadership & kemampuan manajerial.
Memiliki pemahaman mendalam terkait mesin Injection, mould & resin.
Mampu menetapkan KPI & membuat laporan evaluasi kinerja bulanan.
Dapat memastikan produksi sesuai target & kualitas.
Memastikan perawatan mesin, utility & mould.
Dapat mengkoordinir proses setting machine, setup mould, turun mould & trial.
