Job Description:
- Develop and lead creative strategies aligned with the company’s brand vision and business objectives.
- Lead creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, events, and digital content.
- Supervise the creative team and manage workflow, timelines, and project priorities.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and visual communication across all channels.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Provide creative direction for social media, video, photography, key visuals, and promotional materials.
- Monitor creative trends and consumer insights to develop relevant and innovative ideas.
- Review and approve creative outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and brand standards.
- Mentor and develop team members to improve their creative skills and performance.
Qualifications :
- Minimum D3/S1 education.
- Minimum 3 year of experience in creative, content, digital marketing, branding, or a related field.
- Strong creative leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of brand development and creative direction.
- Experienced in campaign concept development and creative execution.
- Strong visual and communication skills.
- Good understanding of content and digital marketing.
- Strong storytelling and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Good team leadership and people development skills.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Project, KOL, and other cross-functional teams.
- Profeciency in Indonesian, and fluent in either English or Chinese.
