Mengelola operasi harian staf dapur

Memberikan pengawasan terhadap semua staf dapur, termasuk perekrutan, pelatihan, dan pendisiplinan

Merancang dan mengembangkan menu baru

Mengawasi kualitas keseluruhan layanan makanan dan fasilitas restoran

Mempertahankan tujuan biaya makanan, kualitas, dan layanan yang telah ditetapkan

Memastikan kepatuhan yang ketat terhadap semua kode dan standar kesehatan, keselamatan, sanitasi, dan sanitasi makanan
