Job description for Head Coffee Operation at Stuja Kemitraan Indonesia

Mengawasi seluruh operasional bar di Store sesuai standar kerja yang ditetapkan,
Bertanggung jawab atas proses roasting, kalibrasi, cupping, dan quality control,
Mengelola stok green bean, roasted bean dan bahan baku lainnya,
Mengelola tim Barista dan memastikan equipment dapat digunakan dengan baik,
Melakukan quality control terhadap product, pelayanan dan kebersihan.
