Job description for Head Chef at Full House Cafe
HEAD CHEF – BREAKFAST / LUNCH / DINNER
We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our new breakfast and dinner concept in Bali.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 8 years of professional culinary experience
* Minimum 3 years in a Head Chef / Executive Chef / Senior Sous Chef position
* Strong experience in premium breakfast, all-day dining or modern café concepts, dinners
* Knowledge of modern Asian cuisine
* Strong understanding of contemporary Copenhagen, Australian and European café & brunch trends
* Proven experience in menu development and recipe creation
* Ability to create food that is simple, beautiful, modern and commercially successful
* Strong understanding of food cost, menu engineering, portion control and profitability
* Experience working in a high-volume restaurant
* Ability to build and implement recipes and kitchen systems
* Strong knowledge of inventory, ordering, stock control and waste management
* Excellent leadership skills and proven experience in recruiting, training and managing a kitchen team
* Strong understanding of kitchen workflow, prep planning and efficient service
* Excellent standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organization
* Ability to maintain consistency of taste, presentation and portioning every day
* Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with management and FOH
* Good command of English
* Experience working with an international clientele is highly preferred
* Previous experience in Bali, Australia, Europe, Singapore or other strong international hospitality markets is a major advantage

Selain itu, Anda akan berkolaborasi dengan tim pelayanan untuk memastikan pengalaman makan yang menyenangkan bagi setiap tamu.
Kami mencari kandidat yang memiliki pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK dan pengalaman kerja antara 5 hingga 10 tahun dalam bidang kuliner. Kandidat harus memiliki kemampuan dalam pelayanan pelanggan, memasak, bekerja sama dalam tim, serta menguasai Microsoft Excel, Food Decoration, Public Speaking, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Baking, dan Administration.
