• Experience cooking Western, traditional, and Mediterranean cuisine.
• Understanding of Western kitchen standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimise workflow and efficiency.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good leadership, self-control, and good manners.
• Qualified to manage a quality kitchen, control cost breakdown and waste.
• Able to minimize kitchen problems.
• Ability to work well within a team and train them well.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Clean, organized, and punctual. Super Important!
• Responsible and committed to their role.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
