Job Description
Lead and manage daily kitchen operations
Develop and execute creative, high-quality menus
Ensure consistency in food taste, presentation, and portion control
Control food cost, inventory, and kitchen budget
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
Train, supervise, and evaluate kitchen team performance
Coordinate with management for menu planning and promotions
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of food costing and inventory control
Deep understanding of food safety standards (HACCP is a plus)
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Creative in menu development and food presentation
Good communication skills
Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays
