REQUIREMENTS :
- Experience working in the FNB field for at least two year
- Education min. Senior High School
- Management experience is preferred
- Easy to adapt and communicative
- Fast and active
- Have a leadership spirit
- Can cook traditional Indonesian dishes and western food
- Willing to be placed in Depok
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Cook food according to orders and standard cafe recipes
- Monitor stock and place orders if there are shortages
- Checking the quality of materials
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensures the timeliness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
- Develops food menus for a cafe.
- Assists in the preparation of food for processing.
- Instructing cooks or other workers in the preparation, cooking, arrangement and serving of food.
- Maintains the kitchen and surrounding area in a condition that meets company standards and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Maintains quality control of dishes and cooking techniques
