  • Minimum 2 years as Sous Chef / Head Chef
  • Maximum age: 40 years old
  • Experience in:

Healthy café / sport club / lifestyle venue

Casual-premium or fast-casual concept

  • Pre-opening experience is a plus
  • Able to communicate in English (nice to have)

2. Core Skills

Strong in:

  • Western & Thai cuisines
  • Breakfast / brunch menu
  • Salad, bowls, wraps

Able to execute menu that is:

  • Fast (≤10 minutes)
  • Consistent & easy to execute

3. Operational & Cost Control

  • Food cost control
  • Inventory management (in/out, waste, spoilage)

4. Admin & Reporting

  • Recipe & costing sheet
  • Daily wastage report
  • Daily prep list
  • Familiar with Google Sheets / Excel
  • SOP adjustment

5. Additional Skills

  • Coordinate with Service & Bar team during peak hours / events
  • Collaborate with Marketing for seasonal / activation menu
