Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef, often with several years working in progressively responsible roles like sous chef
- Proficiency in menu development, including recipe creation, costing, and plating
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a kitchen team
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and command respect in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills to address kitchen issues and maintain smooth operations
