Job description for Head Chef at CORNER HOUSE GROUP

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations
  • Develop and execute Western or Fine Dining menus
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet company standards
  • Manage food cost, inventory, and kitchen budgets
  • Train, supervise, and motivate the kitchen team
  • Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
  • Coordinate with management to achieve operational and business goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
  • Strong background in Western Cuisine or Fine Dining
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in menu development and cost control
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Good communication skills in English is plus
