Tugas:

- Merancang menu harian yang variatif dan sehat sesuai dengan preferensi dan kebutuhan pelanggan.

- Mengawasi kualitas bahan masakan serta proses pembuatan untuk memastikan standar kualitas tinggi.

- Membimbing staf dapur untuk mencapai efisiensi operasional dan hasil terbaik.- Memastikan kebersihan dapur dan standar keamanan makanan di setiap tahap proses.

Persyaratan untuk posisi ini termasuk:

- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK.

- Pengalaman kerja antara 5 hingga 10 tahun di bidang kuliner.

- Keahlian dalam memasak, dekorasi makanan, dan pembakaran.
