As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Head of Gelato Production to help drive the next stage of our company's growth.

What You'll Do:
Lead daily gelato production operations.
Ensure consistent premium product quality.
Manage production planning and inventory.
Train and lead the production team.
Improve systems and production efficiency.
Assist with new product development.
What We're Looking For:
Experienced artisan gelato professional with 3 years experience.
Leadership or production management experience.
Strong organisational and quality control skills.
Passion for producing exceptional products.
Basic English is encouraged but not a requirement.
