Head Chef (Based in Bali)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Head Chef or senior kitchen management position.​

• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.​

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.​

• Able to oversee and manage daily kitchen operations independently.​

• Experienced in menu planning, food costing, inventory, and stock management.​

• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.​

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.​

• Able to work and be based in Bali.​

• Salary: IDR 15–20 million/month, depending on experience​
