We’re putting together our dream team, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as a Head Barista.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the barista team during assigned shifts.
Prepare coffee and other beverages according to company standards.
Ensure consistent beverage quality and presentation.
Operate and maintain coffee machines and bar equipment properly.
Train and guide barista team members.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the bar area.
Monitor stock, ingredients, and product usage.
Handle customer orders, payments, and complaints professionally.
Ensure SOPs, service standards, and safety procedures are followed.
Handle opening, closing, and shift handover duties.
Report operational issues and stock needs to management.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and good customer service.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista, preferably as a Senior Barista or Head Barista.
Good knowledge of coffee preparation and bar operations.
Able to lead, train, and manage a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and proactive.
Good attention to cleanliness and detail.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Comfortable working in a 24-hour operational environment.
Male candidate preferred.
