- Lead and supervise the barista team, ensuring smooth coffee bar operations.
- Train new baristas in coffee preparation techniques, customer service, and café procedures.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve skills and service quality.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Create and perfect specialty drinks and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure that all beverages meet the café's standards and guest expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries, preferences, and concerns.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and promote the café's offerings.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them effectively.
- Oversee the accuracy of orders and ensure efficient processing of transactions.
