Head Barista - One Two Cafe
A. Responsibilities :
- Lead the daily calibration of equipment and sensory audits to ensure every beverage meets peak specialty coffee standards and recipe consistency.
- Manage the recruitment, scheduling, and continuous technical training of the barista team to ensure high morale and professional service delivery.
- Oversee inventory procurement, COGS analysis, and waste reduction strategies to maintain bar profitability and full compliance with health standards.
B. Requirements :
- Minimum education : High School / Vocational High School graduate (SMA/SMK)
- Minimum 3 year of experience in the same field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Expert proficiency in advanced brewing, sensory calibration, and equipment maintenance.
- Strong skills in inventory procurement, COGS management, and waste reduction.
