Head Bar - Placement : Semarang, Jawa Tengah
Requirements:
• Male candidates are preferred, aged 23 - 32 years old
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage sector with at least2 years of experience in similar role (min. Bar Supervisor or Head Bar).
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Proven experience in coffee product development, menu engineering, and beverage program management.
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, espresso technique and beverage trends.
• Experience in inventory management, stock control, beverage costing, and budget management.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to monitor costs, identify variances, and improve profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
