Responsibilities :
- Planning, implementing and supervising the systems, procedures and operations of the Finance & Accounting Department
- Prepare accounting reviews and financial analyses for Management
- Coordinate and control the planning, reporting, and payment of the company's tax obligations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable government regulations
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Familiar with Indonesian tax regulation & withholding Tax Brevet A & B certificate
- Have a good knowledge in Accounting, Tax Regulation & Application
- At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields and two years of experience as a leader
- Proven track record in managing taxation, auditing, budgeting, and financial reporting functions
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Accurate,SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., accounting, tax, internal audit)
