Mô tả công việc:

- Tiếp nhận và xử lý các yêu cầu của khách hàng qua điện thoại, email, chat và tin nhắn.

- Hỗ trợ khách hàng các vấn đề liên quan đến app đặt vé máy bay.

- Cung cấp thông tin chính xác về sản phẩm/dịch vụ, chính sách, điều kiện sử dụng.

Quyền lợi:

Thời gian: Xoay ca 24/7, off 2 ngày/tuần

Thu nhập: 10-13tr/tháng

2 tháng thử việc nhận full 100% lương
