You will manage and work with the Finance & Accounting Department for the company's Finance & Accounting activities. Company brands: Cowboy Zone Cafe, Bizman Sky - Restaurant & Lounge; My Mother Restaurant and Huge-Fam Catering
– Directly report to BODs on accounting matters and ensures the proper function of the company;
– Responsible for the management and supervision of the Accounting Department;
– Establish and implement the accounting procedures and systems within the company according to Local Regulations and Rules;
– To assist the MD in the planning of the annual budget and implementation;
– Responsible for financial inputs of company and all insurance issues;
– Correspond with company’s key customers, principals and agents in relation to finance and accounting issues;
– Establish and implement the budget and financial system;
– Responsible for preparation and filling of weekly, monthly, quarterly reports;
– To prepare annual report and tax statements in co-operation with the company auditor and tax consultant;
– To provide financial reports in a timely manner;
– To analyze the management information, prepare and provide proposals to MD regarding optimization of company cash flow, treasury, credit facilities and working capital;
– To liaise with bankers to achieve optimum service and facilities;
– To liaise with government office responsible for answering and participating in relevant government surveys;
– Responsible for other duties;
– Ensures that the accounting activities are in compliance with the corporate and internal regulatory guidelines;
– Provide timely report included monthly, quarterly and year ended report: target 100% on schedule;
– Control payments and receipts strictly follow procedure;
– Tax compliance: declare and pay in timely manner;
Other tasks included purchasing activities
– Complete all tasks assigned by Finance Manager in timely manner;
– Enable to back up for purchasing activities;
– University degree or above majored in Accounting;
– Familiar with tax regulations and International tax regulations;
– Vietnamese Certified Chief Accountant or above;
– At least 5 years accounting work experience and 3 years accountant management experience;
– Familiar with Office Software and accounting software;
– Work independently and self-motivated and highly integrity;
– 02 months salary for personal target and more;
– Quarterly bonus based on company performance;
