Kualifikasi:

1. Pria atau Wanita, usia maksimal 35 tahun.

2. Pendidikan minimal Sarjana (S1) jurusan Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, atau jurusan terkait lainnya.

3. Memiliki pengalaman 2-3 tahun sebagai HCGA Supervisor di industri Food and Beverages (FnB).

4. Memahami prosedur pembuatan SOP perusahaan.

5. Dapat melakukan analisa kebutuhan training untuk karyawan.

6. Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam bahasa inggris lebih diutamakan, bahasa jepang menjadi poin tambahan.

7. Berdomisili di Jabodetabek.
