Melakukan evaluasi, mereview, dan analisa terhadap hasil OHI (Talent Mapping, Fulfillment, Turnover, Org. Development, Learning Journey, Competency Fitness, Equity) setiap divisi.
Memastikan adanya pembaharuan dan peningkatan proses Human Capital Management dengan cara mengintegrasikan semua proses ke dalam satu kesatuan sistem agar lebih efektif dan efisien.
Menganalisa, merekomendasikan serta monitor implementasi improvement yang terkait dengan role & responsibilities Human Capital Business Partner agar pekerjaan yang dilakukan dapat lebih efektif dan efisien berbasis teknologi.

3. Erajaya Food and Nourishment

Vertical that focuses on sales of beauty, health care and pharmaceutical products. Currently, Erajaya have The Face Shop and Wellings Pharmacy store as our retail businesses in this vertical. In addition, the Beauty & Wellness vertical also has a distribution business for medical devices in collaboration with various brands

4. Erajaya Beauty and Wellness

Vertical that focuses on food & beverage businesses with various concepts such as chain restaurants, cafes & bakeries, as well as grocery stores to meet the needs of our customers. Currently, Erajaya has Sushi Tei Japanese restaurant, Paris Baguette bakery store, and Grand Lucky grocery store as Erajaya portfolio in this vertical.
