Job description for HC Staff (Project-Based) at PT Neural Technologies Indonesia (Official)
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment for project needs, from CV screening to interview scheduling.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding of project personnel.
- Maintain employee database, contracts (PKWT), and personnel documents.
- Process monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, PPh 21, and THR.
- Administer BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan and employee benefits.
- Act as the HC point of contact on site and handle first-level employee relations issues.
- Coordinate project inductions and training, and support performance appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and labor regulations.
- Prepare periodic HC reports for NTI HC and/or the client.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/HC (fresh graduates with HR internship experience are welcome).
- Basic understanding of Indonesian labor regulations (PKWT, BPJS, overtime).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data administration.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator.
- Able to work independently in a project environment and adapt to client policies.
- Willing to be placed at the project site for the contract duration.
