Kualifikasi

  1. Pria, usia maksimal 35 tahun
  2. Pendidikan minimal Sarjana (S1) jurusan Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, atau Teknik Industri
  3. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di posisi yang sama atau relevan, diutamakan industri tambang
  4. Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan komunikasi yang baik
  5. Terampil dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office, terutama Excel
  6. Mampu bekerja di lingkungan yang dinamis
  7. Berdomisili di Kalimantan Selatan (diutamakan dari perantauan)
