Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR and business processes to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining management systems, procedures, and work processes.
- Analyze existing workflows, identify process gaps, and propose practical improvement initiatives.
- Support the application of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Kanban.
- Develop and review SOPs, workflows, KPIs, and process documentation in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of improvement initiatives and prepare follow up reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational issues and develop data-driven solutions.
- Support other Human Capital activities and organizational development initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor in Psychology, Management, or equivalent.
- At least 3 year of experience in the related field.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and HR administrative processes is an advantage.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in solving administrative issues.
- Having good skills in using Ms. Office and Google Workspace.
- Having good communication skills both verbally and in writing, as well as strong negotiation skills.
- Placement in Cipayung, East Jakarta.
