HC Development Staff

Requirements:

a. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology/Human Resources Management from

reputable university

b. 2 - 3 years of training and development staff experience

c. Experienced in employee recruitment/Talent Aquisition, including interviews,

psychological tests, etc.

d. Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and

English

e. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excell, Google Workspace, Canva, and

Training Application/tools

f. Strong public speaking, team work, analytical and problem-solving ability

g. Maximum 30 years old

h. Willing to be placed in Kota Bogor

Jobdesk:

a. Managing a database of potential candidates for current position and future

job openings

b. Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

c. Evaluating candidates and conducting proper selection to fill available

positions

d. Tracking recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and sourcing

channels

e. Identifying training needs and designing effective training programs

f. Support process and implementing training system based on company goals

g. Carrying out the training in accordance with specified methods and techniques

h. Implementing employee development activities to enhance their skills and

knowledge

i. Responsible for handling all administrative matters related to training

j. Developing performance evaluation systems, setting individual and team

goals

k. Plan and report the result of implemented employee training

l. Evaluate the training that has been carried out

m. Providing feedback to employees and designing development programs to

improve employee performance
